The bottom line is this: our home was listed for less than a week, we received multiple offers, and we accepted an offer for *tens* of thousands more than we had originally anticipated before meeting Emily and Summer. The transaction went smoothly and has closed. Emily and Summer provided just the right amount of guidance and support throughout the transaction. Given our experience with them, we wouldn't even consider searching for another agent for a future transaction... we would pick up the phone and call them straightaway!
